Review: The Fireman by Joe Hill

5/5

The Fireman by Joe Hill is a novel about a plague, Draco Incendia Trychophyton, also known as Dragonscale.

I love how Hill brings his characters to life, and the world he creates is chilling. With incredible writing, I recommend this book to anyone who loves dystopian tales.

  1. I can see that. A lot of people think the same about his dad’s writing too, but for me, it just makes the characters and the events more real to me. They seem to have more substance than just the descriptions of what they look like. Of course, I’m bias as I’ve been a constant reader of King’s for a long time, and now, I’m a constant reader of Hill’s. I don’t think there has ever been a story of King’s that I didn’t finish and didn’t love. It’s seems to be the same for me with Hill. 🙂
